We are the largest trainer of Chefs and cooks in Ontario and are very proud of our excellent placement rate for our graduates. The Diploma programs at Liaison College offer you a well-rounded, concentrated training program that provides you with the basic skills and knowledge to excel within the Culinary Art industry. We primarily teach students the classic French methods of food preparation.  However, once the basics have been learned we also encourage students to develop their own style and palates in order to expand their repertoire of recipes and skills to be able to appreciate the fine art of dining.
