The Cooking Studio at Liaison College South Coast is a favourite culinary playground, a place to learn, explore and unleash your inner chef. Owned by the former Chef/Owner of The Belworth House Tracy Winkworth, with her passion for cooking, teaching and enjoying great food, The Cooking Studio was born. Tracy has a formidable background in local, seasonal and sustainable cuisine with a global influence and focuses her instruction on popular regional cuisines as well as basic skill set for ingredient driven cooking. Tracy teaches the majority of the classes, with guest and celebrity appearance throughout the year.
The Cooking Studio classes offered are hands-on and designed to walk students through each step towards crafting a complete meal. Our classes are approximately four hours in length and feature various themes with close relations to local farmers, butchers and purveyors. We also provide private cooking classes to large groups.
